Are your skin care regimen killing you?
Do you have a morning and evening skin care regimen? Does it serve your skin well? Is it nourishing your skin or is it destroying it with a heavy load of chemicals, endangering your health?
Before I recommend you a skin care program, I would like to encourage you to wear only nourishing healthy products for your face and skin. In the morning, wash your face with one of the recommended products: invigorating face cleanser, black velvet face wash or apricot face scrub. Use luke warm water to wash off. After washing your face, apply a lemon peppermint or lavender rosewater toner. This will help your face from drying out while protecting it from pollution and environmental damage. For very dry skin, slightly moist from the water, and apply a small amount of hydrating face mask and leave on all day. It can be used twice a week, but it is gentle enough to be used everyday. Then, use a moisterizer. For your eyes, while your skin is still moist, lighthly dab a small amount of cellular extract eye gel. For your body, use a a good lotion with natural oils which will protect your skin from the indoor and outdoor pollutants.
